Minpaco Worksite Ready helps your operation maintain better access to approved supplies by placing a tailored inventory directly at your active job site.

There are no preset packages. Every program is developed around your products, equipment, specifications, usage patterns, operating schedule, purchasing requirements, and site conditions.

How Worksite Ready works

1. Review the site

We meet with your team to understand what you use, what you currently stock, which items are critical, and where supply issues are affecting the operation.

2. Build the stock plan

Together, we establish the proposed products, specifications, opening quantities, practical minimum and maximum levels, substitution rules, and purchasing controls.

3. Prepare the job-site container

The approved inventory is organized inside a Minpaco-owned insulated storage container positioned at the agreed location directly on your active job site.

The layout is configured around the approved stock plan, with organized shelving, labelled locations, controlled access, and appropriate storage measures.

4. Review and replenish

Minpaco reviews inventory on an agreed schedule and identifies approved products approaching their minimum levels.

A replenishment recommendation is submitted through the agreed purchasing process. Once authorized, Minpaco supplies and restocks the approved quantities.

5. Adjust as the operation changes

Usage can change as crews, equipment, seasons, and project stages change. Minpaco and your team can review the stock plan and recommend appropriate adjustments over time.
